Returns Policy

What items can be returned?

Products that are broken or faulty may be returned. MyFillerina will not accept the return of incorrect order placements or when a customer simply changes their mind.

When do items need to be returned by?

You have 7 days to return the faulty or broken item.

Where do items need to be returned to?

Post faulty or broken item(s) to Suite 50, 23 Narabang Way, Belrose, NSW 2085 Australia.

How do I return an item?

Please email any complaints or enquiries to info@myfillerina.com.au, specifying the fault or broken item in as much detail as possible. Once confirmation has been given by MyFillerina, post the item(s) to Suite 50, 23 Narabang Way, Belrose, NSW 2085 Australia.

Shipping?

MyFillerina will not refund the cost of returning a product(s). Shipping costs are at the customer's own expense.

Credit?

In the case of a returned item, MyFillerina will reissue a new invoice, taking into consideration any used or sold products, to the customer. Credit notices will only be provided if requested.

Packing materials?

Since MyFillerina products are quite fragile, customers are encouraged to provide some means of protecting them on the return to our Head Office. Customers will be provided packing materials in their original delivery, which can be used in the return of faulty or broken stock.
